"Extremely helpful local company. I spoke with them on the phone about my broken washing machine and they were happy to help diagnose the problem over the phone. They also suggested that I order my own parts to save money and were upfront about the diagnostic fee and the repair charge, which was about half of what others."

"On 1-20-2018 I called to say my Maytag Dryer was not heating.
An appointment was scheduled for Monday 1-22-2018. Sal came and he was wonderful, knowledgable and went out of his way to solve the problem. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call Continental Appliance again! I have been a customer for many years and this appointment was perfect!
I feel that Sal is a wonderful employee and should be appreciated!"

"Fantastic service. Washer found leaking last week. Sal came out within a day of us calling. Immediately found the problem. Part was ordered and came back when we got it and again, within a day or two of our calling. Sal was polite and very thorough and saved our washer and we are so grateful. We originally got their name when I first purchased the washer and dryer four years ago and immediately after purchase the washer leaked and even then they came out and serviced us right away. I'm sorry for not reviewing earlier. Thank you for great service."
